Let's take a quick tour of one of the most important sections of HQ: the Knowledge Base.

The Knowledge Base is your company's brain.

It's a secure, structured library of your approved company knowledge.

It's the source of truth that ensures every answer from Dobbin is grounded in how your business actually operates.

You can find it right here in the main navigation.

When you first open this page, you'll get a Knowledge Overview.

This is how you can see what Dobbin knows and where it needs a little bit more input.

If you continue to scroll, you'll find all of your documents.

In here, if you're looking for something specific, just use the search bar to instantly find any document, presentation, or report across your entire organization.

Otherwise, you can click on any document to see a preview of its contents and key information.

Now, if you want to add new knowledge, it's as simple as dragging and dropping a file directly onto the page.

When you add a new document, you can choose to have Dobbin analyze and generate a structured source from its contents, or just add the file as is.

You can also decide whether the knowledge should be available to everyone or made specific to just one channel.

And that's it. You've just added your first document to your Knowledge Base.
