Your company's thinking, where the work already happens.
What Dobbin does in Slack
Ask Dobbin a question in Slack and get an answer grounded in what your company actually knows — your Foundation, your Knowledge Base, the decisions your team already made. Not a general chatbot with your logo on it.
Answers from your own knowledge
Dobbin reads your Foundation and Knowledge Base before it answers. When it uses something, it shows you what it used.
Works in channels and in DMs
Mention Dobbin in a channel, or message it directly.
In a thread it can stay in the conversation without being mentioned every time.

Reads what you send it
Documents, spreadsheets, images, transcripts. Drop a file in and ask about it.

Answers as it thinks
eplies stream in. If you have seen enough, hit ✕ Cancel
and it stops.

Learns from your channels
Dobbin turns recurring conversations in the channels
it is in into Knowledge Base entries, so the same question does not get asked and answered four more times.
New entries are marked 💬 Learned until an admin promotes them, so you always know what has been checked and what has not.

Stays where you put it
Dobbin only sees channels it has been added to. Private channels take an invite, same as a person.

Getting started
Build your Dobbin. Tell us about your company.
Dobbin builds your Foundation from it.
Add it to Slack. You get an install link. Approve the permissions Slack shows
you.Pick your channels. Choose which public channels Dobbin joins. Change it
whenever you like.Ask it something. Mention
@Dobbinin a channel, or open a DM.
Manage everything — Foundation, Knowledge Base, channels, people — in Dobbin HQ.
The install link is generated per signup and expires after about a week. If the page ever shows a generic "Add to Slack" button, it has to lead somewhere that still works, or Slack fails the review on it.
About the AI
Dobbin uses large language models from Google, OpenAI and Microsoft Azure to read your question and write the answer, and Tavily to search the web when a question needs something current.
Dobbin's answers can be wrong. It is a language model working from your material. Check anything that matters before you act on it.
Your Slack data is never used to train a language model. Not by us, not by our providers, not in aggregate, not de-identified. There is no version of this where it happens.
Your data is kept for your company alone. What we collect, how long we keep it and how to get it deleted is in the privacy policy.
Removing Dobbin
Remove Dobbin from Slack whenever you want, from your Slack workspace settings.
When you do, we delete the data Dobbin took from your Slack within 14 business days.
